Shorshe Dherosh (Mustard Lady's Finger)
Ingredients:
- 250 grams lady's finger
- 12-14 clove of garlic (smash)
- 2 tbsp. mustard paste
- 1/4 turmeric powder
- 2-3 green chilies (chopped)
- 5-6 tbsp. mustard oil
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt to taste
Making Procedure:
Wash ladies finger and cut into small pieces .
Heat oil in a kadai and fry the ladies finger with a little salt & turmeric powder till it spotted brown. Heat oil in a another kadai and add smashed garlic. Fry for a minute on medium heat, then add fried ladies finger in it and fry for couple of minutes on low fire.
Add mustard paste, turmeric powder, green chilies, salt and 1/2 cup water, stir well. Put the lid and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame or masala coated on it.
Serve with plain white rice.
