Bread Pakora



Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Pound bread
  • 1 Large onion
  • 2-3 Green chilies
  • 1/2" Grated ginger
  • Salt as needed
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • Oil for deep frying

Making Procedure:


First mash the bread with water in a large bowl. Mix the other ingredients(except oil) with the mashed bread and make small balls with hand.

Heat the oil in a kadai and deep fry the balls till it turns golden brown color. Remove the balls from oil and soak it in tissue paper.

Serve hot with tomato or chili sauce.
